Travel agency website design

Travel is bought on feeling first and detail second. An independent agency's site has to make someone want the trip, then make asking about it effortless. Here's what that takes.

What the site needs to do

  • Trip or destination pages with real photos and plain itineraries
  • An enquiry form that asks just enough to quote
  • Who you are and why you know these places
  • Reviews from travellers, where you have them

What’s usually wrong now

  • A builder template with stock photos and no personality
  • No website at all, only a social profile
  • Enquiry forms that are long or broken on a phone

What I build

  • Trip and destination pages you can add to yourself
  • Enquiry forms that reach you straight away
  • A booking engine connected where your supplier offers one

Designed in Figma first so you see real screens before any code, built and deployed by the same person, and handed over with the code, the design files and every account in your name.

Questions

Can people book online?
If your booking system or supplier offers an online booking widget or API, it can be built in. Many independent agencies do better with a quick enquiry and a personal reply, and that's simpler to start with.
