Websites for accountants
People choosing an accountant want to know three things quickly: do you work with businesses like mine, roughly what will it cost, and how do I talk to you. Most practice websites answer none of them. Here's what yours should do.
What the site needs to do
- Services written for the clients you want, not a list of acronyms
- How you price, or starting fees, so the right people get in touch
- A simple way to book an introductory call
- Links to the software and client portal you already use
What’s usually wrong now
- A generic template that reads like every other practice
- No mention of who you work with or what you charge
- A contact page that's just a phone number
- Pages that are slow or broken on a phone
What I build
- Service pages for the work you want more of
- Booking for introductory calls, connected to your calendar
- A fee or pricing page you can update yourself
Designed in Figma first so you see real screens before any code, built and deployed by the same person, and handed over with the code, the design files and every account in your name.

Questions
- Do we have to show our prices?
- No, but saying how you price (fixed monthly fees, starting points, or what drives the cost) brings fewer time-wasters and more of the clients you want.
