Website design for estate and letting agents
Vendors and landlords look you up before they invite you round, and they compare you with the big brands. A dated template, or a listing with no website at all, makes the decision for them. Here's what an independent agency's site needs.
What the site needs to do
- A valuation or landlord enquiry that takes seconds to send, on every page
- Your current listings, kept in step with the portals
- Area pages that show you know the streets you sell and let in
- Reviews and fees made plain, so people arrive already trusting you
What’s usually wrong now
- No website of its own: the Google listing only links to a Facebook page or a portal profile
- A template site with an old copyright year in the footer
- Listings that don't match what's on the portals
- No clear way to book a valuation without phoning
What I build
- Listings fed from your property software where it offers a feed or API, or kept up by hand
- Valuation and landlord forms that reach the right inbox straight away
- Area guides written for local search
Designed in Figma first so you see real screens before any code, built and deployed by the same person, and handed over with the code, the design files and every account in your name.

Questions
- Can the site show our listings automatically?
- Where your property software offers a feed or an API, yes: listings appear and come down on their own. Otherwise you get a simple way to add them, and the site links to your portal pages.
- Will it work for lettings as well as sales?
- Yes. Landlord pages, tenant enquiries and fee tables are part of the same build.
